About Collagen Peptides
Collagen peptides are a completely hydrolysed form of collagen protein, which means the amino acid strands of the protein are broken into individual collagen peptides making them easy to digest and highly bioavailable. How to use it
Hydrolysed collagen is a fast dissolving powder that is a fantastic protein supplement for tissue building and repair, muscle mass growth and maintenance, and bone maintenance. It’s suitable for people of all ages.
Serving Suggestions
For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To save on plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons in 300ml of water and mix with a spoon, shaker or blender.
Please note: This guidance is based upon a 15ml tablespoon which is the international standard. Most tablespoons in your kitchen drawer will be 10ml to 15ml. In Australia, a standard measuring spoon for tablespoon is 20ml, so please use 2 flat tablespoons if you’re using a 20ml spoon. Note that 15ml is not 15g of powder and 20ml is not 20g of powder, weight depends on the density of what’s being measured. For more information see our FAQ.
